Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Boise Contemporary Theater’s new Ghost Light Pub had an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at noon on Wednesday, February 5, 2025! An Open House followed the ceremony from 1:00-6:30 pm.
BCT is thankful for the hard work of Erstad Architects, Jordan-Wilcomb Construction, Bargreen Ellingson, and Boise Shade Co. in bringing BCT’s vision to life. The construction couldn’t have begun without the support of the Capital Campaign Leadership Cabinet, to whom we are grateful:

Where is BCT's Ghost Light Pub?
BCT’s Ghost Light Pub is located at Boise Contemporary Theater at 854 West Fulton Street, Boise ID, 83702. You can access the pub from its main entrance at the corner of Fulton Street and 9th Street or via the BCT Lobby. An accessibility entrance elevator can be found in the 9th Street alley.
When is BCT's Ghost Light Pub open?
BCT’s Ghost Light Pub will be open before and after all BCT MainStage performances. Come see us before the show from 4:30-6:30 pm and immediately following the show until 11 pm. When we have a MainStage Saturday matinee, the pub will not be open before the show but immediately after the matinee will be open until 6:30 pm.
When there is not a MainStage show on our boards, you can enjoy our pub Wed-Sat from 4:30-8:00 pm!

Does BCT's Ghost Light Pub serve food?
No, BCT’s Ghost Light Pub does not serve food, however, small snacks like chips or peanuts are available for purchase.
Can I bring food into BCT's Ghost Light Pub?
Yes, you may bring food into BCT’s Ghost Light pub to enjoy before a performance. Food not purchased in the pub or BCT Lobby Bar is not allowed into the theater. The pub and the Lobby Bar are not able to provide storage for leftover food and do not provide plates, cutlery, or napkins.
Can I take my drink from BCT's Ghost Light Pub into the theater?
You may, however, the glassware the pub provides is not allowed into the theater.
If you are visiting us before a performance we highly recommend bringing your BCT or other favorite reusable cup- you’ll still receive one dollar off of tapped beer and wine in the pub!
Reusable cups will be available for purchase in the pub should you need one.
