Ticket Exchange

EXCHANGE POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable, but exchanges to a different date within the run of the same show may be made for an additional $2 per ticket. Exchanges must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the original performance. Ticket changes made less than 48 hours in advance of a scheduled performance will be charged a $5 change fee per ticket. Ticket exchanges for Members and Season Ticket holders are free, and can be made any time up to 2 hours prior to the performance. In lieu of a refund, tickets may be donated back to BCT and that donation is tax-deductible. BCT reserves the right to charge an additional fee for additional exchanges. PERFORMANCE CANCELLATION POLICY

We are committed to honoring our performance calendar and rarely have to cancel a performance.

If you are scheduled to attend a performance that is cancelled our Box Office staff will make their best effort to contact you in advance by both phone and email, and you may move your tickets to another performance of your choice, free of charge. If we are unable to reach you to reschedule your cancelled tickets, you may contact the Box Office via email at boxoffice@bctheater.org, by phone at 208.331.9224, or in person during regular Box Office hours. All performance cancellations will also be listed on BCT’s social media platforms.
