Outfitted with all the modern conveniences, the Jupiters are a model family living inside the home of tomorrow. But even in this Jetsons-like futurescape, a family's secrets can still tarnish the dazzling sheen of chrome and plastic. House of Tomorrow is winner of the BCT 2017 River Prize Award and will have its world premiere on the BCT Mainstage this season.

The BCT River Prize is an annual fellowship, including a commission, awarded to support a playwright in developing a new play through the writing and workshop process into a full premiere production. Every play travels a unique course, beginning from the idea at its source. The BCT River Prize provides the resources and openness to see where that course will take us.

Recommended for ages 13 and up.
