From a seed planted during our very first BIPOC Playwrights Festival, BCT harvests a World Premiere this October about social injustice, personal sacrifice, and love of country. This Holiday season, tickle your wishbone with a roasting satire by the first female Native American playwright to open on Broadway! In 2024, we serve up another killer fresh from Broadway with a character from our last season. Spring brings a true tale that explores a woman’s place in the world while making discoveries across the Universe.

The BCT Theater Lab program has expanded into the Academy for Contemporary Theater! In addition to our gold standard Theater Lab programs, A.C.T. brings even more opportunities to the community.
